ReavillMED is a new very low cost extension set with catheter within that converts the peripheral IV into a 6” midline or extended dwell peripheral depending on how the peripheral IV was placed (Sterile or non sterile). Just luer add to your placed peripheral IV and flush to extend its length.
It’s purpose is to protect the vein or artery entered from the procedure being performed. The device is FDA cleared via k101189 for a 1 year dwell.
